4. Booking and Payments

2. Payments must be made in full by the dates specified on the booking page
3. We accept the payment methods listed on the site.
4. Prices may change due to currency fluctuations or supplier changes until paid in full.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

1. Cancellation by the Client must be submitted in writing.
2. Refunds are issued according to the specific refund policy of each package.
3. Third-party fees (tickets, airlines, hotels) may be non-refundable.

6. Visa and Travel Documentation

1. Clients are responsible for having valid passports, visas, and travel documents.
2. We provide support and guidance but cannot guarantee visa issuance.

7. Liability

1. GO HARD HOLIDAY is not responsible for event cancellations, weather disruptions, flight changes, or acts outside our control.
2. We recommend travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and trademarks on the website belong to GO HARD HOLIDAY or our partners. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


9. Privacy & Personal Data
